Paleo Slow Cooker Rhubarb

This rhubarb dish is more of a process and less of a “recipe”, but it’s absolutely delicious nonetheless!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb rhubarb
  • 1/2 lb frozen strawberries

Procedure:

  1. Wash rhubarb stalks and chop into 1/2″ pieces.
  2. Add rhubarb and frozen strawberries to a small slow cooker and cook on low 10-12 hours.

Notes:

We eat this stuff plain right out of the crock pot, but you can add vanilla and a sweetener of choice.  It’s absolutely amazing stirred into raw milk yogurt!
