Yesterday’s Menu (09/28/11)

I did end up having s bit of caffeine yesterday, but I haven’t had pop since Monday. :)

Breakfast:

  • smoothie made with coconut milk, chocolate whey protein powder, and instant coffee powder

Lunch:

  • 2 oz string cheese
  • 1 oz nuts

Dinner:

  • casserole with mashed cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chicken breast
