I was in such a hurry to get around for church this morning that I only took my weight stat for my blog post. (I didn’t check BP or blood glucose before I ate, but it turned out I rushed for no reason. I forgot to set my clock back an hour last night! A lot of us Hoosiers are going to take a while to get used to that!)
Anyway, I was so stunned about my weight that I took it twice. It’s hard to believe that eating all this food SEEMS to be the ticket for me.
Breakfast:
- a medium red onion and 3 eggs scrambled in coconut oil
Lunch:
- 2 grilled chicken thighs
- steamed Brussels sprouts w/butter
Dinner:
- 2 grilled chicken thighs
- mashed cauliflower with cream cheese and ghee

- Protein: 128g (24%)
