I’m trying a new strategy. I’m working my way up to more calories, more veggies, and less processed meat. It’ll take some work on my part because I’ve become so accustomed to eating fewer calories. I just haven’t been hungry. I want to keep the scale moving though, so I’ll willing to give it a try!
