Yesterday’s Menu (09/15/11)

I was pretty happy with yesterday’s menu.  The broccoli didn’t help my digestion, and we’ll just leave it at that, but it was tasty. :)

Breakfast:

  • 3 eggs fried in 1 T butter

Lunch:

  • 10 oz broccoli with 2 T butter

Dinner:

  • 4 grilled chicken thighs

According to Fitday:

  • Calories: 1417
  • Fat: 101.9g (64%)
  • Carbs: 14.8g (4%)
  • Fiber: 8.5g
  • Protein: 110.7g (32%)
