If you’ve been following my menus for any length of time, you’ll know that very rarely are they “ideal”. I have so much that I need to work on, but I’m being honest. And in the interest of even more honesty, I’m just thrilled that I’ve gotten the grain, processed “low-carb” foods, and the sugar out of my diet altogether. That was the first and biggest hurdle.
Breakfast:

- coffee with half & half and stevia
Lunch:
- 6 oz beef smoked sausage
- 28 raspberries
Dinner:
- grilled chuck steak
