Yesterday was an exceptionally busy day. I did learn that if you take your 3-year-old to a dear friend’s house and he turns off her chest freezer, turkeys will still be frozen enough on the inside after 9 days. Don’t ask me how I know that one! Anyway…
Breakfast:
- 3 eggs fried in 1 T butter
- coffee with half & half and stevia
Lunch:
- leftovers from the previous night’s beef and veg. skillet meal
Dinner:
- skillet meal with chicken breast, bacon, stir-fry veggies, and my take on Paula Deen’s “House Seasoning Mix” (I use sea salt instead of kosher salt and my pepper isn’t freshly-ground.)
