Yesterday’s Menu (09/14/11)

I did actually manage to eat 3 meals yesterday even if they didn’t include veggies.  I’m still struggling with a serious lack of hunger, and I think I’m trying to fight off a cold.  (My littlest kiddo woke up yesterday with a pretty decent head cold, so it’s probably only a matter of time for me.)

Breakfast:

  • 1 grilled bratwurst

Lunch:

  • 3 grilled chicken thighs

Dinner:

  • cottage cheese

On a positive note though, I did see a new low on the scale this morning.  I’m officially down 16 lb since 7/25/11.  I’m sure I’ll bounce around, but it was nice to see that number this morning.
