I’m continuing to struggle with lack of hunger and apathy about food. I’m certain that it’s affecting my nutritional status. I’m going to have to make a pretty big push for supplements too because I’m just feeling deficient.
I’m certainly not proud of yesterday’s food, but it is what it is.
Lunch:
- ground beef and broccoli
Dinner:
- cottage cheese
- mixed nuts with sea salt
- 1 T peanut butter
