Yesterday’s Menu (08/16/11)

Yesterday felt like another good day.  It was long, but I’m happy with how I ate.  I’m also happy with how good I felt about my food choices.

Yesterday was my husband’s birthday, so my best friend and I made him a low-carb pizza, one of his favorite foods.  I planned to eat it, but because I was fixing it, I decided not to add any yellow cheese.  It didn’t disagree with me too badly, and I’m down another .8lb today, so it must not have worked out too badly for me.  It’s definitely not something that I want to eat even once a month though.  It’s good, but it’s a lot of work.

Breakfast:

  • 1 serving Hormel Black Label fully-cooked bacon
  • 3 eggs fried in coconut oil with reconstituted dried onions

Lunch:

  • 3 grilled chicken thighs

Supper:
