I thought some folks might be interested in my menu. For some accountability, I’m happy to share. Shockingly enough, even though I had some processed meat yesterday (with a lot of salt), I still managed to shed 1.2lb overnight.
Breakfast:
- Coconut Flax Spice “Muffin”
- 4 slices Hormel Black Label fully cooked bacon
- Pepsi Max
Lunch:
- 2 grilled pork chops
- steamed Brussels sprouts w/butter & garlic powder
- Pepsi Max
Supper:
- 2 Johnsonville Mild Italian sausage links
- steamed Brussels sprouts w/butter & garlic powder
- Pepsi Max
In addition to the Pepsi Max, I really did drink water yesterday. And I enjoyed a lot of unsweetened peppermint tea last evening to help settle some nausea.
