What’s on the Menu for 08/10/11?

I thought some folks might be interested in my menu.  For some accountability, I’m happy to share.  Shockingly enough, even though I had some processed meat yesterday (with a lot of salt), I still managed to shed 1.2lb overnight.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • 2 grilled pork chops
  • steamed Brussels sprouts w/butter & garlic powder
  • Pepsi Max

Supper:

  • 2 Johnsonville Mild Italian sausage links
  • steamed Brussels sprouts w/butter & garlic powder
  • Pepsi Max

In addition to the Pepsi Max, I really did drink water yesterday.  And I enjoyed a lot of unsweetened peppermint tea last evening to help settle some nausea.

A nutritional breakdown from Fitday says:

  • Calories: 1884
  • Fat: 143.2g (67%)
  • Carbs: 55.8g (11%)
  • Fiber: 26.9g
  • Protein: 108.5g (22%)
