Today’s Menu (11/07/11)

Apparenlty, yesterday actually was a fluke.  Today’s weight makes a lot more sense.  Although, as much as I love Brussels sprouts, they really disagree with my digestion.

Breakfast:

  • 3 eggs, red onion, and mushrooms cooked in coconut oil

Lunch:

  • 2 grilled chicken thighs
  • steamed cauliflower w/butter and cream cheese

Dinner:

  • 1 grilled chicken thigh
  • steamed broccoli w/butter

According to Fitday:

  • Calories: 2133
  • Fat: 161g (67%)
  • Carbs: 52.7g (9%)
  • Fiber: 24.4g
  • Protein: 132.9g (24%)

Some vitals from this morning:

  • Weight: 255.8 lb
  • AM Fasting BG: 97 mg/dL
  • Blood Pressure: 105/58
