So far, so good for the “add more calories and veggies” campaign. I certainly won’t be counting chickens before they’re hatched though.
I do have to say though that it’s tough eating all this food. It’s really strange to go from eating too much food and never feeling full to eating not enough food and never feeling hungry.
- 3 large chicken thighs
- canned pumpkin with egg, coconut oil, and cinnamon
- mashed cauliflower
- 80% lean ground beef with broccoli
According to Fitday:
- Calories: 1998
- Fat: 140.2g (62%)
- Carbs: 50.1g (9%)
- Fiber: 23.3g
- Protein: 143g (29%)
Some vitals from this morning:
- Weight: 255.4 lb (a new low)
- Blood Pressure: 103/65
