Yesterday was a busy day at a friend’s house, but I ate pretty well actually. And after several days of the scale not moving an inch, I dropped down to my lowest weight yet since recommitting to my way of eating back in July — 263.2 for a total of 15.6 lb lost.
Breakfast:
- 3 eggs fried in butter
Lunch:
- 2 grilled chicken thighs
- steamed broccoli
Dinner:
- grass-fed beef
- sauteed mushrooms, onion, pepper, and garlic
- “Coconut Fudge”
